**Responsibilities:**
**Recruitment and Selection:**
* Resume screening, interview scheduling, conducting exit interviews;
* Assisting with documentation and reporting for selection processes;
**Internal Marketing and Organizational Climate:**
* Organizing internal initiatives (budgeting, decorations, execution).
* Proposing improvements to climate and culture.
* Monitoring and documenting the workplace environment.
**Support for Managers and Employees:**
* Tracking feedback and verbal warnings.
* Recording information for the HR analyst.
* Addressing ad-hoc questions regarding internal routines and policies.
**Compliance and ISO:**
* Completing ISO-required forms (purchase requests, reports, etc.).
* Assisting with quotations and purchase requests.
**Training and Development:**
* Tracking the annual training spreadsheet.
* Collecting operational information to support area leadership.
**Operational Tasks:**
* Performing administrative tasks and supporting daily operational demands.
* Supporting resolution of matters handled by CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention).
* Preparing information for weekly or monthly meetings with the department coordinator.
**Requirements:**
Currently pursuing a technical or undergraduate degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields**;
**Prior experience** in the HR field;
Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**;
Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills;
Supplementary courses in **people management** or **HR routines** will be considered advantageous.
