We are looking for a Monitoring Attendant to join our team. The professional will be responsible for real-time monitoring of security systems (such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and vehicle trackers), ensuring asset security and incident response support. * Monitor electronic security systems (CCTV, alarms, vehicle tracking, etc.); * Record incidents and generate daily reports; * Activate support teams or competent authorities in case of incidents; * Provide telephone and internal system support; * Conduct tests and validations on monitoring equipment; * Maintain effective communication with customers and the operational team.
