If you identify with this purpose and want to participate in building the future of engineering, management, and technology, come imagine it and engineer it with us. **Responsibilities and Assignments** **Summary Description:** The Low-Code Developer for AI Agents will be responsible for mapping business processes and gathering business requirements to build concrete digital solutions using low-code/no-code platforms and automation tools—primarily AI-based ones such as Copilot, n8n, CrewAI, Flowise, Make, etc. This role involves developing, customizing, and integrating applications, RPAs, automated workflows, and generative AI solutions—ensuring alignment with business needs, technical quality, and solution scalability. **Detailed Description:** * Develop digital solutions based on Agentic AI and Generative AI, aligned with UI/UX best practices and designed to be scalable and secure. * Develop, customize, and integrate digital applications, chatbots, autonomous agents, automated workflows, and generative AI solutions using platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, n8n, CrewAI, and others. * Lead integration of low-code platforms with legacy systems (e.g., SAP, Senior, SharePoint) and external systems, ensuring interoperability and adherence to corporate architecture. * Actively participate in process mapping and opportunity identification alongside support areas (HR, Finance, etc.), accelerating digital transformation and driving operational efficiency gains. * Structure and disseminate low-code development best practices, contributing to the creation and maintenance of Timenow’s governance framework for AI and low-code. * Conduct tests, validations, and technical adjustments to ensure quality, security, performance, and scalability of implemented solutions. * Document developed solutions, guide end users, and promote knowledge transfer to involved departments. * Monitor KPIs such as NPS of created chatbots and agents, number of employees trained in the low-code track, and NPS of the track—demonstrating the impact of solutions on business and Timenow employees. * Serve as the technical reference for low-code and generative/agentic AI usage, supporting the continuous evolution of Timenow’s digital portfolio. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields. * Practical experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, n8n, Copilot Studio, CrewAI, Make, Flowise, or others). * Knowledge of process automation, system integration, and workflow logic. * Intermediate-level Python knowledge for integrations and automations. * Ability to translate business requirements into practical, secure, and scalable digital solutions. * Collaborative, organized, results-oriented profile with an innovative mindset. * Strong communication skills for interaction with both technical and business teams. **Preferred Qualifications (You’ll Stand Out If You Have):** * Experience developing chatbots, autonomous agents, or generative/agentic AI solutions. * Experience in complex organizational environments with multiple integrated systems and cross-functional collaboration. * Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and integrations between corporate systems (SAP, Senior, SharePoint, etc.). * Experience in process automation projects, RPA, or operational workflow digitization. * Certifications in low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform). * Experience in citizen development programs, hackathons, or innovation labs. * Experience in technical documentation and knowledge transfer to end users. **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Hybrid * Work Location: Vitória-ES * Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Benefits Included in This Role:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Partnership with fitness studios, gyms, and wellness platforms Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
