Job Summary: The HR Analyst will be responsible for supporting the administrative and operational routines of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, time tracking, and benefits administration. Assistance in endomarketing and training & development (T&D) initiatives We are seeking an organized, proactive, and interpersonal-skilled HR Analyst to support the administrative and operational routines of the Human Resources department. The professional will assist in recruitment and selection stages, onboarding, time tracking, benefits administration, and other tasks related to the HR team. **Main Responsibilities** · Support recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up); · Conduct onboarding of new employees; · Monitor and verify electronic time tracking and hour bank records; · Support benefits administration (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health insurance, etc.); · Support onboarding, termination, and vacation procedures in coordination with the accounting office; · Assist in document control and updating of internal spreadsheets and systems; · Support endomarketing and organizational climate initiatives; · Support leadership in training and development requests. **Requirements** · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology; · Prior experience in HR or personnel department routines; · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); · Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with people; · Organizational skills and sense of responsibility.
