**Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical knowledge of residential and industrial hydraulic and sanitary installations; * Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, HydroSAN or similar); * Experience in BIM modeling and multidisciplinary project coordination is desirable; * Field experience in civil construction or residential installations is a plus. **Desirable:** * Familiarity with BIM modeling (Revit Structures or equivalent). **Responsibilities:** * Develop, review, and coordinate hydraulic and sanitary projects (water supply, domestic sewage, stormwater, gas, fire prevention and suppression); * Perform sizing calculations and hydraulic and sanitary calculations in accordance with technical standards (e.g., NBR 5626, NBR 8160, NBR 10844); * Prepare descriptive reports, material quantity take-offs, and technical specifications; * Provide technical support to construction teams during the execution of hydraulic and sanitary installations; * Monitor the development and integration of complementary projects (structural, electrical, architectural, and HVAC); * Conduct technical feasibility analyses and propose solutions that optimize costs, schedules, and maintenance; * Contribute to process standardization and technological upgrading of design systems; * Prepare technical reports and provide support during the planning and execution phases of construction projects.
