Our job openings are also valid for persons with disabilities (PCD). \#MedSênior hashtag\#vagas hashtag\#hiring hashtag\#oportunidades hashtag\#tecnologia hashtag\#saúde hashtag\#contratando **Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive orders for Orthoses, Prostheses, and Special Materials via the TODPWN system from the DAC department or accredited hospitals, as requested by physicians; forward them to coordination for review; * Monitor authorization deadlines on the TOPDOWN portal according to ANS timelines; * Track requests from regional auditors; * Release OPME authorization forms in OPMENEXO; * Provide support to hospitals and clinics by clarifying doubts and supplying information regarding the OPME authorization and procurement process; * Monitor OPME orders with suppliers to ensure procedures are performed as scheduled and with authorized materials available; * Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers to monitor delivery timelines and resolve potential issues. * Prepare daily cost estimates and tabulate values, then submit them to the Analyst and Coordination to proceed with negotiations; * Release post-surgical OPME authorization forms from the TOPDOWN system; * Monitor and authorize supplier billing in OPMENEXO. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; undergraduate studies preferred but not mandatory; * Prior experience in health insurance operators, hospitals, or OPME companies is desirable; * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule (07:00–19:00). **Additional Information** * Benefits: Meal voucher, Health and Dental Plans, Gympass, Birthday leave, Psychological support, and Transportation allowance.
