Ayko—Together to Transform! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide remote and on-site user support via ticketing system. * Resolve issues within the defined SLA. * Escalate tickets to specialized teams. * Support the creation/maintenance of knowledge base documentation. * Provide user support for account creation, access management, configuration, and profile access adjustments. * Maintain workstations and resolve application-related issues. * Provide network, server, and related functionality support—including access security—by creating folders and granting share access, as well as maintaining email systems according to user access profiles. * Provide workstation and printer support, diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues; dispatching and tracking equipment through technical assistance; and replacing equipment when necessary. * Create system users, assign access rights, install applications, and resolve user-related issues. * Identify errors and faults to correct issues related to asset and network management. * Perform maintenance, configuration, control, and formatting of general IT equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Preferred: Undergraduate studies in progress in Information Technology fields. **Additional Information** Born as VipRede, **Ayko** is the result of continuous evolution in the IT sector.
