Responsibilities and Duties * Implement and provide technical and functional support for key Protheus TOTVS system modules (Tax, Finance, Accounting, and Fixed Assets); * Ensure correct operation, stability, and usability of the system for all involved departments; * Provide technical support to users via remote access or on-site assistance; * Conduct business requirements gathering and design, with a focus on Controller’s Office. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree related to the field of work. * Experience with implementation projects in medium- and large-sized enterprises; * Certifications related to the TOTVS Protheus system. * Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate clearly. * Proactivity and problem-solving capability. * Organization and time management skills. 2511290202181893639
