Responsibilities and Duties * Implement and provide technical and functional support for key Protheus TOTVS system modules (Tax, Finance, Accounting, and Fixed Assets); * Ensure correct operation, stability, and usability of the system for all involved departments; * Provide technical support to users via remote access or on-site assistance; * Conduct business requirements gathering and design, with a focus on Controller’s Office.
