This professional will provide **direct support to the E-commerce Analyst and Manager**, performing essential tasks related to customer service, product listings, updates, organization, and order, customer, listing, and integration monitoring. Ideal for someone who is **organized, proactive, communicative, and ambitious.** **\-\-\-\-\-\-\> RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Customer Service and Sales** * Apply sales strategies to increase conversion across channels (WhatsApp, social media, marketplaces, and e-commerce sites) * Guide customers on products, shipping timelines, features, and differences between kits. * Assist with post-sales processes, returns, exchanges, and customer support with courtesy and agility. **Operational Routine** * Perform product listings and updates on marketplaces and our own e-commerce platform. * Organize product variations, images, descriptions, and categories. * Ensure all listings are complete, standardized, and compliant with platform guidelines. **Support to Analyst and Manager** * Execute delegated operational tasks, such as price adjustments, campaigns, and freight settings. * Assist in system integrations (Tiny ERP, marketplaces, and e-commerce platforms). * Support monitoring of marketplace tickets and notifications. * Report inconsistencies, errors, and pending items. **Order Flow Monitoring** * Check pending orders, discrepancies, and shipment status. * Report integration, inventory, and customer service issues. **Organization and Control** * Update tracking controls (inventory, sales, performance). * Assist in monitoring basic metrics and generating simple reports. * Maintain documented records and procedures. **Requirements:** * Organization, attention to detail, and responsibility regarding deadlines. * Enjoy working with people and possess excellent communication skills (effective communication, negotiation, proactivity, courtesy, and enthusiasm). * Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (Shopee, Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shein, TikTok Shop, Temu, Magalu). * Intermediate computer and spreadsheet knowledge. * Aptitude for technology and willingness to learn new processes. * Alignment with company culture: Proactivity, Results Orientation, Creativity, Collaboration, and Flexibility **Behavioral Profile** * **Proactivity** to seek solutions and support the team. * **Organization**, **discipline**, and ability to follow established processes. * **Strong communication skills** and courteous customer interaction. * **Willingness to learn** and grow within the field. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in e-commerce customer service. * Experience with ERP systems (Tiny or Bling). * Hands-on experience with Shopee, Mercado Livre, or Amazon. * Basic knowledge of SEO, copywriting, or design (Canva). * Knowledge of logistics or shipping operations. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Fridays end at 5:00 PM **Salary and Benefits:** * Salary range between R$ 2,000 and R$ 3,500, including bonuses. * Commission target based on performance. * Monthly profit-sharing based on individual performance. * iFood Benefits (R$ 700 food allowance on credit card \+ discount coupons) * Wellhub (Gympass \- gym network) * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance. **Selection Process:** * Resume submission and initial screening. * Responses to Indeed questions. * In-person interview. * Paid trial period of up to 5 days (if candidate is available). **About the Company:** We are an expanding company focused on growing our online sales channels and strengthening our market presence.
