Appointment and patient registration management * Work in a medical clinic with administrative expertise, providing patient service, finalizing and negotiating procedures, and supporting the company's team. Organize patient service and information workflows. Schedule or cancel appointments via phone or in person. Register new patients in the database and update existing patient records. Maintain organization across all processes; possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with managers, colleagues, patients, companions, and the general public; be proactive and autonomous in managing tasks; and demonstrate problem-solving and management capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required. * Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory): Experience in health insurance authorization; experience in medical clinic or hospital environments; customer service experience.
