Job Summary: PME Máquinas is seeking an E-commerce Assistant to manage product catalogs, interact with customers, and support online sales, optimizing pre- and post-sales processes. Key Highlights: 1. Create and organize product listings on e-commerce platforms. 2. Monitor customer interactions, responding to inquiries and requests. 3. Support the resolution of issues in online sales. A tractor dealership is hiring an E\-commerce Assistant in Vitória (Monte Belo). We provide comprehensive solutions to meet our customers' needs. **What will you do in this role?:** Create and organize product listings on e\-commerce platforms according to established standards. Monitor customer interactions, responding to inquiries and requests. Support the resolution of issues in online sales (Mercado Livre and company website). Contact logistics partners to optimize pre- and post\-sales processes.
