**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break
**Level:** Professional
**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Perform scheduled cost calculations;
* Control foreign exchange payments to suppliers;
* Monitor and confirm shipments;
* Enter logistics updates into the system;
* Review and approve the draft Bill of Lading (BL);
* Issue, verify, and send the commercial invoice and packing list to exporters;
* Verify international freight charges and enter them into the system;
* Verify the Mercantile Customs Entry (CE Mercante);
* Schedule cargo loading;
* Arrange return of empty containers;
* Verify invoices from terminals/ports, carriers, and freight forwarders, and enter them into the internal system;
* Assemble the documentary file for physical archiving.
**Requirements:**
* Completed Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Engineering, Administration, or related fields;
* Postgraduate degree in International Trade, Logistics, or International Relations is desirable;
* Knowledge of the import process;
* Cost management and logistics planning skills;
* Intermediate Excel proficiency;
* Familiarity with Tecwin;
* Knowledge of PUCOMEX and Conexos is an advantage.
