Job Summary: As a Controller Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, monitoring budgets, developing KPIs, and supporting planning as well as internal and external audits. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and analysis of financial reports and performance statements. 2. Budget monitoring and identification of variances and opportunities. 3. Development and maintenance of financial and operational KPIs. Grupo Coutinho (Extrabom, Extraplus, and Atacado Vem retail networks) — one of the largest food retail companies in Espírito Santo, operating 49 stores and experiencing continuous growth — is seeking a Controller Analyst. Responsibilities * Prepare and analyze managerial income statements (DRE), financial reports, and performance statements. * Conduct budget monitoring (actual vs. budgeted), identifying variances and opportunities. * Develop and maintain financial and operational KPIs. * Support the budget planning process. * Build and update dashboards and financial models (Excel/Power BI). * Assist in implementing procedures, policies, and internal controls. * Perform cost, margin, expense, and profitability analyses. * Support internal and external audits.
