Desired Knowledge: * Project Management and Control expertise * Proficiency in planning tools such as MS Project and Primavera * Data analysis knowledge * Computer literacy, with advanced Excel skills * Communication skills * Proactivity in performing tasks * Interpersonal skills that foster a positive environment for the team and project stakeholders, reflecting trust, loyalty, commitment, and respect * Systemic view of the project As a Planning Engineer, you will: * Act as the Project/Construction Planning Team Leader. * Participate in handover meetings for each new project; develop coordination guidelines. * Be accountable for planning, scheduling, measurement, and control. * Manage the development, monitoring, and updating of project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera. * Generate and monitor S-curves (Physical/Financial) for the project. * Develop the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and monitor the project histogram. * Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop the EVA (Earned Value Analysis), a document used to monitor the project’s financial performance. * Be responsible for preparing and finalizing Measurement Reports with Project Managers for submission to the client. * Monitor updates to document lists and pending items. * Conduct weekly, biweekly, or monthly progress meetings with technical teams, managers, and clients. * Collaborate with Project Managers to address matters related to physical, economic, and financial performance of contracts. * Monitor departmental control requirements, such as contract adjustments, project indicators, and project status. 251112020218715908
