Act as the interface between management and field teams **Job Description** We are seeking a Supervisor to work on a mining project, responsible for coordinating operational activities and the team assigned to the contract, ensuring compliance with technical, operational, environmental, and safety requirements as stipulated in the contract. **Main Responsibilities** Supervise and coordinate operational team activities in the project; Ensure compliance with contractual scope, deadlines, and quality standards; Ensure implementation of SSMA (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations; Monitor operational KPIs and report results to management; Act as the interface between contract management and field teams; Ensure proper use of resources, equipment, and materials; Support training, technical guidance, and routine alignment sessions with the team; Prepare and monitor technical and operational reports, when required. **Requirements** Technical or higher education degree (preferably in environmental sciences, engineering, geology, or related fields); Prior experience supervising teams in mining contracts or projects, or in industrial environments; Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and operational procedures; Job Type: Temporary Contract Duration: 6 months Compensation: R$4\.300,00 \- R$4\.386,00 per month
