Technical and economic feasibility analysis of land A reference company in the **planned urban subdivision** segment, with strong expertise in real estate development, area structuring and approval, is seeking a professional to serve as **Real Estate Prospecting Analyst**. The company develops projects with complete infrastructure, contributing to organized urban expansion aligned with municipal planning where it operates. **Main Responsibilities** * Prospect new areas and opportunities for real estate project development; * Monitor sector workflows during pre- and post-land acquisition phases; * Support the area manager with internal requests and actions; * Conduct meetings and periodic updates with suppliers and involved teams; * Monitor deadlines and ensure activity execution according to plan; * Gather and analyze information regarding land, municipalities, public agencies, master plans, and environmental restrictions; * Conduct technical site visits to land parcels to verify information; * Prospect and analyze large tracts of land with development potential; * Support the preparation and presentation of real estate project proposals and business proposals to landowners and senior management. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in **Civil Engineering or Architecture**; * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, including ability to read and interpret drawings; * Intermediate or advanced **Excel** skills; * Experience in environments requiring analysis, organization, and cross-functional and supplier interface; * Experience in **New Business Development or Real Estate Development**; * Experience in technical and economic feasibility analysis of land; * Knowledge of urban legislation, municipal master plans, and procedures with public agencies; * Experience in land prospecting and identification of opportunities for real estate development; * Experience in prospecting large land parcels and presenting projects and business proposals to landowners and senior management. **Desirable** * Postgraduate degree in **Project Management** or **Real Estate Development**. **Benefits** * Meal/Voucher Allowance: **R$ 1.100,00** * Snack Voucher: **R$ 7.00 per workday** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Profit and Results Sharing (PLR) * Transportation Voucher Compensation: R$6.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
