Job Summary: Supervise and inspect construction works, perform quality control, planning, and budgeting tasks, ensuring compliance with technical, safety, and environmental standards, and supporting team coordination. Support in planning, scheduling, and budget preparation Supervise and inspect construction works, conduct measurements, quality control (FVS), verification of quantities, and support planning and budgeting activities. Responsible for interpreting design documents, ensuring compliance with technical, safety, and environmental standards, supporting team coordination, and recording technical information related to the project. Interpret architectural, structural, and complementary design documents (as permitted by applicable legal responsibilities); Supervise and inspect construction works, renovations, and maintenance services; Conduct measurements, surveys, and verification of quantities; Control quality of services (via FVS), materials, and construction processes; Assist in project planning and scheduling; Prepare budgets, cost compositions, and technical reports; Ensure compliance with technical, safety, and environmental standards; Support team coordination and productivity control; Record technical information in site diaries and reports. **Requirements** Technical qualification in Construction, with diploma recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); Proficiency in reading and interpreting design documents; Familiarity with technical standards (ABNT) and civil construction legislation; Skills in measurements, surveys, and quantity control; Ability to prepare technical reports and site diaries; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication; Teamwork capability and interface with suppliers and operational teams.
