Job Summary: This professional will demolish buildings, prepare construction sites, and perform maintenance on machinery and tools, as well as conduct excavations and material preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Demolition of buildings and structures 2. Preparation of construction sites 3. Maintenance of machinery and tools Demolish concrete and masonry buildings and other structures; prepare construction sites by cleaning the area and compacting soil. Perform first-level maintenance, including cleaning machinery and tools, inspecting equipment conditions, and repairing any defects. Conduct excavations and prepare concrete mixtures and other materials.
