




Job Summary: The Gera Group seeks a Maintenance Technician (solar) to perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance, diagnose faults, and assist in equipment control. Diagnosis and repair of electrical equipment THE GERA GROUP – An economic group focused on renewable energy, efficient and sustainable solutions, is seeking a qualified professional to join our team as a **Maintenance Technician (solar)**. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance, complying with current safety regulations to ensure machines, equipment, motors, panels, electrical networks, data networks, telephone networks, devices, and installations remain in perfect working condition. * Carry out general maintenance activities using personal protective equipment correctly, as required by current legislation, while adhering to safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. * Assist in controlling the inventory of tools and equipment, arranging replacements when necessary to avoid operational interruptions. * Diagnose faults under technical coordination guidance using schematics, drawings, catalogs, and technical analysis and evaluation; disassemble, restore, reassemble, test, and replace components, ensuring proper care of equipment under their responsibility. * Monitor services performed by contracted specialized companies, providing necessary information and assistance. * Assist in monitoring equipment operation, requesting specialized maintenance when required. * Maintain direct contact with the Operations Center to assist in identifying failures and implementing requested corrections. * Complete activity checklists and issue technical reports. * Operate testing tools and participate in commissioning activities. **REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:** * Technical course completion in Electrotechnology; * Prior experience in electrical systems maintenance is required; * Knowledge of electrical equipment and operating principles (preferably solar); * Proactive professional with a problem-solving focus; * Willingness to travel. **COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:** * Salary negotiable; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance – R$ 37.00 per business day; * Life insurance; * Educational partnership program; * TotalPass partnership program; * Sulamérica Health Plan; * Sulamérica Dental Plan – Basic Plan.
