Description: It is mandatory that you have: * Completed Technical Course in Matrizeiro or Ferramenteiro; * Experience in the role; * Lid and Metrology; It will be a differentiator if you have: * Degree or ongoing studies in engineering or related fields; * Experience in mold shop benchwork, manufacturing and performing maintenance on molds and tools. * Experience in setup and operation of conventional and CNC machines (lathe, milling machine, grinder, drill press, saw, thread cutting machine, sander, bench grinder, tool sharpener, among others). * Manufacturing cutting and bending dies and tools, or drawing tools, using the department's machinery as required by the project, under the supervision of the responsible matrizeiro; * Analyze mold and mechanical equipment designs to maintain the quality of the production process and company products; * Perform assembly tests and adjustments of molds, dies, tools, and devices in the production process; * Inspect the quality of materials used in the mold shop; * Clean and lubricate machines and equipment; * Complete documentation related to the work process for control purposes; * Disassemble and sharpen tools; * Provide support in bench operation activities when necessary; * Interpret general mechanical drawings, applying mechanical standards related to mold construction; * Carry out necessary testing, measurements, and calibrations; * Collaborate with tool improvements together with the project team; * Contribute to the development of various activities when necessary or requested by the supervisor; * Follow quality system procedures, disciplinary rules, and company safety regulations. 2510300202211692187
