Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to perform lamination work in Vitória, including production, product inspection, interpretation of engineering drawings and technical documentation, and recording operations in SAP. Fixed-term contract with option to extend We are seeking personnel to perform lamination work in Vitória. Responsibilities will include executing production tasks according to work orders, inspecting products to ensure compliance with requirements, and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation. Work will involve various materials—including carbon fiber and glass fiber—in dry and prepreg forms, as well as vacuum bagging and leak testing. It will be necessary to record performed operations in SAP. Additionally, tool cleaning, daily maintenance of machinery and workstations, and adherence to established safety and quality protocols will be required. The selected candidate must always ensure their own safety and that of colleagues, working transparently, ethically, and in accordance with best practices, while striving to minimize environmental impact. Participation in continuous improvement initiatives is encouraged. A fixed-term contract with possibility of extension is offered. For personnel relocated from other regions of Spain, shared accommodation in Vitória and daily allowances will be provided. * Specialized training in composite materials. * Minimum one year of experience in the described duties. * Willingness to relocate to Vitória for the duration of the contract. * Ability to work rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night)
