Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to join our Controller's Office, responsible for budget management, accounting reconciliation, compliance, and process improvement at Apex Partners. Therefore, we seek talented individuals with passion in their eyes, a drive to build, and energy to grow alongside us. **If you dream big, have an insatiable desire to learn, and want to be part of building the investment bank that is reshaping entrepreneurship in Brazil, this is where you belong.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and monitor the corporate budget * Supervise reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts * Support monthly financial and managerial closing processes * Manage chart of accounts, cost centers, and accounting parameters within the ERP system * Ensure standardization of master data and classifications used across systems * Conduct budgetary control routines, variance analysis, and premise reviews * Manage interfaces with internal and external audits * Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory standards * Develop and monitor performance, efficiency, and quality indicators for the controller’s office deliverables * Promote continuous improvements in processes, internal controls, and data governance within the controller’s office **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controllership, Finance, or Business Management is desirable * Financial closing and result calculation * Reconciliation of balance sheet and operational accounts * Budget management * ERP accounting and managerial system configuration and administration * Knowledge of accounting standards, including CPCs and IFRS * Interaction with audit teams * Preparation of managerial reports and variance analysis * Knowledge of Python * Internal controls and data governance * English proficiency In March 2013, we began polishing our diamond: Apex.
