We seek a professional with solid experience in **Human Resources Department**, focused on legal compliance, payroll closing, and strategic support for labor routines and people management.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Execute and verify complete admission, dismissal, and termination processes;
* Perform payroll and statutory contribution (INSS, FGTS, IRRF) closing and verification;
* Submit and validate eSocial events and other ancillary obligations (DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital, and RAIS, where applicable);
* Monitor vacations, social security leaves, stability periods, and benefits;
* Verify calculations for 13th salary, vacations, and severance payments;
* Ensure compliance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT), collective bargaining agreements, and conventions;
* Support labor inspections and audits;
* Advise employees and managers on labor legislation and internal policies;
* Monitor departmental metrics (absenteeism, turnover, and payroll costs);
* Support improvements and standardization of HR Department processes;
* Assist recruitment and selection processes (resume screening and document organization);
* Contribute to onboarding activities and organizational climate initiatives.
**Requirements**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields;
* Solid experience in Human Resources Department, including payroll closing;
* In-depth knowledge of labor and social security legislation;
* Experience with eSocial, DCTFWeb, and FGTS Digital;
* Familiarity with payroll systems (Senior, Domínio, Alterdata, TOTVS, Sankhya, or similar);
* Intermediate or advanced Excel skills;
* Experience managing electronic time tracking and benefits administration.
