Job Summary: The professional will handle customer service, reception duties, and support internal marketing initiatives, ensuring an excellent experience for patients. Key Highlights: 1. Assist with the setup and organization of the reception area. **Job Description:** We are seeking a communicative, organized, and proactive individual to work in customer service, reception, and supporting internal marketing initiatives. The professional will be responsible for delivering an outstanding patient experience from the first point of contact, as well as carrying out small tasks that reinforce care and the clinic’s identity. **Responsibilities:** * Greet patients cordially, attentively, and professionally. * Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service. * Manage the appointment schedule and confirm appointments. * Prepare and organize gifts, kits, or small tokens to delight patients. * Assist with the setup and organization of the reception area. * Support and execute internal marketing initiatives, including: * creating short content (Instagram Stories, photos, simple captions); * supporting internal campaigns and special occasions; * documenting moments with patients (with authorization). * Maintain communication aligned with the clinic’s standards. * Perform basic administrative tasks when necessary. **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational ability and sense of responsibility. * Friendliness, empathy, and a focus on customer delight. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Familiarity with social media and basic content creation (preferred). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in public-facing roles or reception. * Experience in healthcare or aesthetics. * Creativity and manual dexterity for assembling gifts. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM **Additional Benefit:** Collective holidays during Christmas and New Year's Eve Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.680,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
