Here, your ideas and initiatives are welcome and encouraged. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct interviews via phone at the company headquarters and, when necessary, face-to-face interviews in the field, ensuring excellence in communication and adherence to the company-defined approach standards. * Accurately collect and record data within established deadlines; * Ensure all interactions with participants comply with the 100% Cidades Code of Conduct; * Uphold the company’s image during field activities; * Follow defined research protocols and methodologies; * Report information and results clearly and systematically to coordination; * Collaborate with the team to improve processes and approaches. **Preferred Experience:** --------------------------- * Prior experience as an interviewer, field researcher, or in customer-facing roles; * Experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research; * Familiarity with data collection using mobile devices or online systems; * Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school (higher education currently pursued in related fields such as Administration, Statistics, Social Sciences, Communication, or similar is desirable); * Basic computer literacy; * Clear and empathetic communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work; **Advantages:** ----------------- * Courses or certifications in market research, data collection, and analysis; * Experience with digital research tools; * Knowledge of structured and semi-structured interview methodologies. **Additional Information** * Employment Type: CLT * Fixed salary \+ variable pay and bonuses * Working Hours: 6 hours per day (Monday to Saturday) * Work Schedule: In-person (Vitória \- ES) * Shift: Morning shift (8:00 AM to 2:00 PM) or afternoon shift (2:00 PM to 8:00 PM) We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and grow professionally.
