**Responsibilities:**
* Validate contracts, ensuring compliance with established rules and policies;
* Monitor and oversee systems to ensure proper workflow execution;
* Support achievement of departmental goals, contributing to team productivity;
* Identify, analyze, and correct registration and operational inconsistencies;
* Perform data entry, verification, and updates in internal systems;
* Organize and control processed documents and information;
* Provide support to involved departments whenever necessary;
* Ensure quality and accuracy in tasks, maintaining a high level of attention to detail;
* Comply with company-established norms, procedures, and deadlines;
* Suggest process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Basic computer skills (Office Suite, especially Excel);
* Good organizational skills, sustained attention, and sense of responsibility;
* Ability to work effectively with routines and processes;
* Prior experience in administrative or operational activities is desirable.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with internal systems or ERPs;
* Experience in data analysis or information validation;
* Analytical and proactive mindset oriented toward process improvement.
