




Join our team! **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising administrative and Facilities activities, ensuring the efficient operation of the office and distribution center; * Manage the office and distribution center infrastructure budget and costs, preparing periodic management reports; * Monitor renovations, construction projects, and layout adjustments, ensuring execution according to schedule and budget; * Provide support to support teams (cleaning staff, motorcycle couriers, drivers, and administrative assistants); * Coordinate preventive and corrective building maintenance, as well as outsourced services (cleaning, security, landscaping, air conditioning, etc.); * Ensure the organization, preservation, and proper functioning of facilities, guaranteeing compliance with health, safety, and accessibility standards; * Monitor the efficiency of utility usage (water, electricity, telephony, and internet), proposing improvements and sustainable practices; * Define and track performance indicators (KPIs) to measure costs, operational efficiency, and service quality; * Execute procurement of products and services required for the office and distribution center operations, ensuring quality, deadlines, optimal cost\-benefit ratio, and compliance with the company’s Compliance procedures and practices; * Support management and other departments in administrative and strategic infrastructure-related requests. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed undergraduate degree; **THIS IS A PLUS FOR US, BUT NOT MANDATORY, OK?** * Prior experience in the Facilities area will be considered a plus. **LEARNING ABOUT VITÓRIA HOSPITALAR’S CULTURE** Vitória Hospitalar has a conservative culture grounded in ethics, excellence, innovation, and customer focus.
