Description: Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy; * Specific training in special education; * Specialization (Lato Sensu) in Special Educational Support or related fields; * Experience in this role. Knowledge Areas: * Higher Education Management; * Educational Legislation; Individualized Support: Provide personalized support to students with special needs, accompanying\-them in their academic and social activities. Material Adaptation: Develop and adapt teaching materials and pedagogical resources to address each student's specific needs. Mediation: Facilitate communication and interaction between students with special needs and their peers, teachers, and other members of the school community. Team Collaboration: Work jointly with the pedagogical team and other professionals at the institution to ensure high-quality student support. Development Monitoring: Monitor students' progress and maintain records of activities conducted.
