Responsibilities and Duties: Key responsibilities include: * Assisting in dish preparation; * Assisting with countertop setup and plating; * Washing, peeling, and cutting food items; * Assisting in food handling and dish plating; * Assisting with receiving, inspecting, storing, and organizing ingredients, supplies, and raw materials; * Cleaning and organizing the workplace, washing and storing utensils; * Adhering to technical and quality standards, sanitary regulations, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation protocols.
