




**Description** This position is responsible for supervising and controlling the execution of action plans and laboratory processes, ensuring compliance with technical standards, schedules, and established goals. It involves monitoring activities related to research, development, and analysis of various substances, providing technical support to coordination, and guaranteeing result conformity. It contributes to the improvement of analytical methods, team development, and continuous enhancement of technical area processes. **Responsibilities and duties** Supervise the execution of laboratory activities according to established action plans and technical guidelines; Monitor and guide the team regarding operational procedures, quality standards, and internal norms; Participate in conducting research, studies, and experiments focused on quality control and technical development; Evaluate analytical results and propose improvements in methods, processes, and tools used; Control compliance with schedules, targets, and operational indicators of the laboratory area; Ensure equipment integrity and reliability of tests performed by monitoring maintenance and calibrations; Contribute to the development of new standards, procedures, and analytical methodologies; Supervise technical documentation and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; Promote training initiatives, develop materials, and deliver technical training according to identified needs; Ensure compliance with workplace organization, conduct, and safety regulations. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor's degree. **Fields:** Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Sanitation Technology, or related fields. **Active registration with CRQ (Regional Council of Chemistry)**;
