Our job postings are also open to people with disabilities (PCD). \#MedSênior \#jobs \#hiring \#opportunities \#technology \#healthcare \#hiring **Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users; * Support software updates as required by the department; * Support specification of tests for reported incidents; * Execute IT Service Desk processes; * Support users of products implemented by the Operational Efficiency team; * Assist in workflow change processes according to technical specifications proposed by GMUD; * Participate in routine meetings and support improvement of departmental metrics; * Assist in opening new units, ensuring alignment of systems and technological infrastructure; * Interact with business areas to understand their needs and provide appropriate IT solutions; * Participate in projects to improve operational efficiency and support management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Knowledge of programming languages; * Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.); * Analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and critical thinking; * Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and adapt to new technologies; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency, with reading and comprehension skills for technical documentation.
