If you are passionate about numbers, possess a critical eye for data, and want to be part of decisions that shape a company’s future, this opportunity is for you! **Job Mission:** To serve as the key person responsible for analyzing, consolidating, and presenting financial and operational information, ensuring the accuracy of data supporting strategic decision-making by Recanto Construtora’s senior management. You will be the guardian of the numbers and the translator of data into actionable business insights. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and analyze detailed managerial reports (Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet, etc.), ensuring data consistency. * Develop, monitor, and present financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs), reporting directly to the Executive Board. * Support the development and monitoring of the annual budget and forecasts, analyzing variances and proposing corrective actions. * Conduct cost analyses, project-level profitability assessments, and business margin evaluations, identifying opportunities for optimization. * Ensure data integrity by performing thorough reconciliations and validating information reported to the Executive Board. * Propose and implement continuous improvements to processes and internal controls within the controller function. **What We’re Looking For:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in **Accounting** (preferred), Business Administration, or Economics. * **Postgraduate Education:** An MBA or postgraduate degree in Controller Functions, Finance, or related fields is mandatory for candidates with degrees in Business Administration or Economics, and a significant advantage for Accounting graduates. * **Experience:** Proven experience in Controller Functions, Finance, or Management Accounting. Candidates currently working as Senior Controller Analysts seeking their next career step are highly encouraged to apply! * **Technical Skills:** Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential.
