Job Summary: Responsible for developing, controlling, and updating production, maintenance, and construction schedules, planning activities and monitoring the physical progress of projects. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in planning and control of industrial projects. 2. Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6. 3. Analytical capability and systemic vision for project management. **Responsibilities** Develop, control, and update production, maintenance, and construction schedules. Plan activities, estimate resources, and monitor physical progress of projects. Monitor deadlines, milestones, critical paths, and performance indicators. Prepare management reports and analyze deviations, proposing corrective actions and replanning. Interface with teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to align activities. Comply with quality, environmental, health, and occupational safety procedures. **Requirements** Bachelor's or technical degree in related fields. Experience in planning and control of industrial projects. Knowledge of planning tools such as MS Project and/or Primavera P6\. Knowledge of schedule analysis and performance indicators. **Skills** Analytical capability and systemic vision. Organization and priority management. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
