Job Summary: A professional to plan and coordinate the development of real estate projects, overseeing legalization processes and sales support materials, with a focus on high-end standards. Focus on medium- and high-end projects **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan and manage the development process for real estate launch projects, coordinating disciplines including architecture, installations, fire protection, earthworks, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, and other related areas. * Monitor project legalization processes with municipal authorities, utility providers, and notary offices, ensuring feasibility and market launch. * Contract and supervise the development of sales support materials, such as humanized floor plans, perspectives, and scale models. * Focus on projects targeting the medium- and high-end market segments (a differentiating factor). * Review and approve interior design projects, contributing to the delivery of high-quality developments. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture (preferred) or Civil Engineering. * Basic experience in project analysis: architecture, earthworks, structural engineering, and installations. * Intermediate proficiency in project development and analysis software. * Experience in interior design projects. * Experience in medium- and high-end market segments will be a valued differentiator. **DESIRED PROFILE:** * Proactivity. * Organization and planning skills. * Responsibility and commitment. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Flexibility and adaptability to changes in priorities and tasks.
