Job Summary: The professional will work in Recruitment and Selection, actively participating in all stages—from job posting to interviews and Endomarketing support. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Recruitment and Selection 2. Support in Endomarketing and employee assistance 3. Work in People & Management **Recruitment and Selection Activities:** Control and dissemination of job openings; Proactive candidate search and resume screening according to job requirements; Contact with candidates; Participate in or conduct remote or in-person interviews; Update R\&S tracking spreadsheets daily; Conduct exit interviews; Support Endomarketing initiatives; Assist employees; Other People \& Management department tasks as required. **Requirements for this position:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; Prior experience in R\&S; Intermediate Excel skills. **Benefits:** Meal/food allowance of R$ 30.00 per working day; Food basket; Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; Life insurance; Dental plan (after probation period); Totalpass; Sálvia – Telemedicine; Breakfast at the office. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM\. **Work Location:** ROD Governador Mario Covas SN, Padre Mathias, Cariacica/ES, CEP 29158\-900\.
