Job Description Mission: Provide operational and administrative support to the company’s procurement department, ensuring that the acquisition of materials or services occurs efficiently, systematically, and in accordance with expected quality and cost standards. Responsibilities:* Assist in quotation processes with suppliers. * Monitor purchase orders and delivery deadlines. * Ensure compliance with procurement and contracting policies. * Prepare purchase orders in SAP and monitor progress until receipt. * Register materials and services in SAP. * Support managers in creating purchase requisitions in SAP. * Maintain organized and up-to-date procurement records and documentation. * Prepare procurement performance reports and analyses in Excel. * Maintain effective communication with internal requesting departments and suppliers. * Support internal and external audit processes related to the procurement area.
