Development in CRM management and team leadership **MARKET INTELLIGENCE ANALYST** We are looking for a MARKET INTELLIGENCE ANALYST to join the team of one of our clients. **This position is fully remote** REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields; * Knowledge of commercial operations, sales funnel, and market intelligence; * CRM knowledge is desirable. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES: * Conduct market analyses to guide commercial decisions. * Manage the commercial intelligence platform and lead segmentation. * Monitor tool usage by the team and create qualified lists. * Serve as the key user of the CRM, ensuring governance, training, and operational adjustments. WORKING HOURS Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM ### **Main Responsibilities** Conduct market analyses to guide commercial decisions.
