**About the position:** We are looking for a Junior Construction Technical Analyst to join the team of a construction company and design office focused on construction management. The professional will be responsible for supporting the engineer in managing field activities, ensuring schedule compliance, material control, and standardized execution according to quality programs. **Responsibilities:** Monitor construction progress, tracking schedules and daily and weekly targets; Perform measurement controls for contractors and verify executive projects on site; Deliver practical training on PBQP\-H, guiding teams on quality standards; Inspect materials and completed services, ensuring compliance with technical specifications; Provide technical support to the construction engineer in operational demands; Receive, inspect, and store products, materials, and PPE at the construction warehouse, maintaining inventory control and recording movements; Organize and distribute materials according to team requests; Support weekly and daily micro-planning of construction activities. **Requirements:** Technical degree in Building Construction; Previous experience in civil construction projects; Practical field knowledge and ability to facilitate communication between engineers, supervisors, and operational teams; Firm, organized profile with strong interpersonal communication skills; Availability for travel and temporary stays at construction sites in other cities (Ouro Fino, Pouso Alegre, Poços de Caldas, and São Paulo); Valid driver's license category AB and driving experience. **Conditions:** Salary: BRL 2\.664,75 \+ meal allowance of 31.80 per day \+ food allowance (BRL 450.00\) \+ life insurance; Work hours: Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 07:00 to 16:00 (with 1-hour lunch break); Occasional Saturday work with overtime pay; Accommodation and meals covered by the company during travels.
