Professional responsible for physical-chemical/microbiological data analysis and interpretation, material control, report preparation, and collaboration in quality programs.

Description:
* High school diploma required;
* Technical education in the food industry preferred;
* Familiarity with SAP system preferred;
* Availability to work on a 6x2 shift schedule.
* Collaborate in analyzing and interpreting physical-chemical and/or microbiological data from raw material (milk) samples and entering results into the SAP system, as well as input materials and finished products;
* Verify and receive materials and input items; control third-party access to the facility; weigh vehicles entering and exiting for loading and unloading; issue milk transfer invoices;
* Collaborate in developing and/or delivering quality program training;
* Prepare preliminary analysis reports and submit them to the area supervisor for approval;
* Prepare reports demonstrating key area indicators;
* Maintain and manage the inventory of consumable materials within the area;
* Assist in performing other area-related tasks;
* Comply with company-defined standards and procedures;
* Keep the immediate supervisor informed regarding area activities;
