Interact with suppliers and cross-functional teams **Description:** ---------------- Technical responsible for the development of automotive seats, ensuring achievement of quality, performance, timeline, and cost objectives. Responsible for ensuring development in accordance with technical requirements, company standards, and country regulations. Responsible for diagnosing components/systems during development and post-sales phases, interacting with suppliers to identify issues and define improvement actions. Technical standards; reading and interpretation of technical drawings and specifications; Review 3D/2D models with designers; Knowledge of materials applicable to components; Oversee validation testing — analyze test results and propose technical improvements; Conduct technical visits; **Requirements:** ----------------- Familiarity with CODEP, E-change, Vis View, PLM, and DFMEA is desirable; Knowledge of automotive seat manufacturing processes; Participate in new model development from concept through to production; Manage and/or monitor product-related technical schedules and deliverables; Collaborate with suppliers to ensure component quality and technical feasibility; Participate in cross-functional meetings with departments such as Design, Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing; Interact with Stellantis international teams to align technical standards and solutions; Participate in benchmarking and comparative studies with competitors; Participate in diagnostics and propose improvements.
