At **Mi Garba!**, we bring the best of Italian tradition to Belo Horizonte with over 200 flavors of gelato and artisanal desserts prepared daily. Join our team and contribute your talent and dedication! **Your responsibilities will include:** * Preparing recipes and desserts with attention to detail and quality; * Supporting the team in production and assembly of the ice cream shop's products; * Maintaining a clean, organized workspace while adhering to food safety standards; * Monitoring ingredient inventory and assisting with material orders; * Contributing to a collaborative and motivating work environment. **What we expect from you:** * Experience in pastry-making, with a focus on artisanal quality; * Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail; * Availability to work on a 6 days on, 1 day off schedule, including weekends; * Passion for learning and growing alongside the team.
