If you want to be the protagonist of your career in a dynamic and recognition-oriented environment, this is the place for you. \#VemPraESAB **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare technical and commercial estimates for field services, boiler-making, and wear-protection solutions; * Analyze technical drawings, specifications, and supply scopes, proposing solutions aligned with customer needs; * Conduct material, consumables, labor, equipment, and service quantity takeoffs; * Compile direct and indirect costs (BDI), ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and feasibility of proposals; * Develop technical and commercial proposals, including descriptive memoranda, comparative analyses, and technical justifications; * Obtain quotations from suppliers and service providers; * Provide technical support to the sales team in applying wear-protection and specialized coating solutions; * Interact with internal departments such as engineering, procurement, planning, and production; * Organize and maintain updated spreadsheets, databases, and documentation for the estimating department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines is desirable; * Experience preparing technical estimates for industrial services, boiler-making, or wear-protection solutions; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings, manufacturing processes, welding, and assembly; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Experience in mining, steelmaking, cement, or heavy industries is desirable; * Familiarity with ERP systems and wear-protection technologies is an advantage; * Willingness to conduct technical site visits. **Additional Information** PLR On-site cafeteria or meal allowance (depending on the location) Health and dental insurance 24/7 telemedicine Wellhub (Gympass) Medication subsidy Transportation allowance Life insurance and funeral assistance Childcare assistance for mothers Private pension plan SESI benefits and discounts club Exclusive ESAB product discount At ESAB, we believe innovation emerges when extraordinary people unite with purpose.
