Technical support for users and corporate systems **Key Responsibilities** * Administer and maintain IT infrastructure (physical and virtual servers, networks, storage, and backups). * Monitor the technology environment to ensure system availability, performance, and security. * Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of IT incidents and problems. * Provide technical support to users for software, hardware, and electronic devices. * Implement and monitor information security policies (antivirus, firewall, access control, MFA). * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access policies according to organizational guidelines. * Support the implementation and maintenance of corporate systems (ERP and internal systems). * Execute backup routines, data recovery, and contingency testing. * Support infrastructure projects, technology upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. * Comply with IT governance, information security, and LGPD practices. Knowledge of: * Server administration * Active Directory * SQL Server * Virtualization * Firewall and information security * Networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and VPN) * Microsoft 365 * Hardware and software maintenance Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
