Leadership, analytical ability, customer focus, and problem-solving Job Description: Coordination of the team and services related to building maintenance — air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, general services, cleaning, water treatment, construction and civil works management, general renovations, building automation, landscaping, lamp disposal monitoring, and waste recycling. Technical project analysis for the condominium and tenants; cost management, cost allocation, and KPIs; process optimization; and management of documentation and legal permits. Participation in the annual strategic planning to define priorities and prepare the shopping center’s budget with a focus on operations. Ability to handle crisis situations, interacting with external stakeholders (customers), internal stakeholders (tenants and store employees), and administrative staff and service providers, representing the shopping center when necessary. Identification of improvement opportunities aimed at enhancing operational and energy efficiency, thereby reducing expenses without compromising quality. Execution of other duties compatible with the role. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
