Residential customer service YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform fiber optic service installations and maintenance; * Configure equipment and devices in the field; * Provide high-quality and efficient residential customer service; * Perform work at heights, fully complying with all safety regulations; * Organize tools, materials, and work vehicle; * Ensure proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE). WHAT WE SEEK: * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category B; * Completed high school education; * Personal notebook (minimum configuration: 100/1000\); * Residency in Minas Gerais (Belo Horizonte and surrounding regions); * Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
