Opportunity for growth in a collaborative environment We are looking for a **Mechanical Specialist** to work on the design, maintenance, and improvement of industrial machines and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and performance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design, assembly, and adjustment of industrial machinery * Corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment * Diagnosis of mechanical failures * Reading and interpretation of technical drawings * Support for testing and process improvements * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards * Technical support to maintenance and production teams **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields * Proven experience in maintenance and assembly of industrial machinery * Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Commitment, organization, and results-oriented mindset **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with automated industrial machinery * Knowledge of continuous improvement and industrial processes **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Meal allowance: BRL 16.50 per day / no payroll deduction * Food basket * Transportation allowance (VT) or flexible fuel benefit * Hapvida health insurance plan * Bradesco dental insurance plan * Life insurance * Wellhub * Collaborative work environment and growth opportunities Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
