This person will be responsible for leading and managing recruitment and selection processes, training activities, Performance Evaluations, and other HR subsystems. Main Responsibilities ✔ Lead **Recruitment and Selection** processes for technical profiles (e.g., CNC operators and lathe operators), also evaluating candidates’ risk perception and preventive attitude. ✔ Conduct **onboarding** for new employees, emphasizing organizational culture and Operational Safety practices. ✔ Develop and implement initiatives for **organizational climate, employee engagement, and internal marketing**.
