




Job Summary: Responsible for accounts payable and receivable activities, including payment posting, contractual obligation tracking, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Accounts payable and receivable management 2. Control of financial and contractual obligations 3. Customer service and support · Register new customers when required; · Record paid invoices in the system; · Issue bank slips (boletos); · Extend bank slip (boleto) due dates; · Record returned checks; · Electronic authorizations; · Assist customers via WhatsApp or phone; · Monitor the company's financial commitments and ensure timely payments; · Record payments made in the Accounts Payable system; · Manage all fixed contractual obligations of the company, such as rent, telephone, etc.; · Organize and submit documents related to payments made to the Accounting department; · Maintain departmental document files; · Fulfill requests from immediate supervisors within the scope of work.
