The Cleaning Team Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and training the cleaning team, ensuring hygiene, organization, and maintenance of environments according to quality standards. Duties include managing supplies, scheduling work shifts, inspecting routines (check\-list), and serving as the liaison between the team and management/customers. **Detailed Job Description: Cleaning Supervisor** * **Leadership and People Management:** Lead, guide, and train the cleaning assistant team. Organize work schedules, monitor punctuality and attendance, and cover absences. * **Operational Supervision:** Monitor cleaning routines to ensure proper execution, correct use of PPE, and adherence to safety standards. Perform daily activity check\-lists and conduct environmental inspections. * **Materials Control:** Manage inventory, control distribution of cleaning products and equipment, and ensure proper dilution of cleaning agents. * **Customer/Management Relations:** Serve as the interface with clients to address operational needs and report incidents. **Common Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed high school; undergraduate studies in progress * **Experience:** Proven prior experience in this role or as a cleaning assistant. * **Knowledge:** Floor treatment, cleaning products, biosafety regulations, and use of mobile phones/check\-lists. * **Skills:** Leadership, organization, and strong communication. **Position Profile:** * **Employment Type:** CLT (Permanent). * **Work Schedule:** Typically 6 days on, 1 day off.
