Job Description: Machinery Operator \- Junior **Responsibilities:** * Operate agricultural tractors equipped with plow/disc harrows or land levelers for soil preparation and grading. * Perform land grading to level and loosen the soil. * Support light earthmoving activities, including cuts and fills, as per technical guidance. * Conduct daily equipment inspections (oil, fuel, tires, and general condition). * Assist the field team in organizing work fronts. * Comply with occupational safety regulations and properly use PPE. **Requirements:** * Completion of elementary education (preferred). + Experience as an agricultural tractor operator on construction sites, farms, or earthmoving projects. + Driver's license category B or higher (depending on company requirements). + Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance for agricultural machinery. + Willingness to work outdoors.
